Philly Shipyard ASA has today on April 5, 2019 held its Annual General Meeting.
All proposals to the AGM were approved.
The Board of Directors now consists of:
- Jim Miller (Chairman)
- Kristian Rokke
- Amy Humphreys
- Elin Karfjell
