TOTE Services, LLC and Philly Shipyard, Inc., today marked a significant construction milestone at a keel laying ceremony for the third of five new purpose built, state-of-the-art training vessels for America’s state maritime academies.
Following the steel cutting ceremony for NSMV 3, Philly Shipyard invited MARAD to present the Congressional Gold Medal to a local World War 2 Merchant Marine veteran.
